Job Summary:

We are searching for an exceptional profile to join our Abu Dhabi office. As one of our early hires in the region you will be pivotal to facilitating CFTE’s expansion and work across programme design, delivery and growth.

What you'll do:

• Design and tailor educational programmes that leverage technology to meet industry needs.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of CFTE's programmes, handling any immediate challenges and ensuring participant engagement.
• Collect and analyse feedback from clients and participants to continuously refine and improve our programme offerings.
• Assist with CFTE’s operations maintaining existing processes, analysing areas for improvement and implementing new workflows
