Role Overview
We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple
interdependent projects and workstreams across Joveo's business.
You
will work at a level above individual projects — connecting the dots,
managing program-level risk, and ensuring that strategic initiatives
land on time and with impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program delivery across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
- Define program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
- Coordinate planning cycles and ensure roadmap alignment across teams
- Report program health and delivery status to senior leadership regularly
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and tooling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant experience managing large, multi-workstream programs in technology
- Strong understanding of both agile and traditional program delivery frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Experience with program tracking tools and executive reporting
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity
- PMP, MSP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
