Program Manager, Mobility | Dubai, UAE

Moove is a global mobility fintech and operations company focused on transforming mobility through innovative fleet solutions, mobility, and next-generation transportation technologies.

As we expand our operations across the UAE and GCC region, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to support the launch and scaling of new mobility and automotive projects.

This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of new mobility and automotive projects across the UAE.

Working closely with internal teams, OEM partners, technology providers, and strategic stakeholders, the Program Manager drives initiatives from concept through commercial launch ensuring Moove’s expansion is delivered on time, at scale, and to the highest operational standard.

The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a working understanding of the mobility ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in mobility, fleet, logistics, or adjacent sectors.

The role exists to own end-to-end delivery of mobility projects across the UAE from initial scoping through pilot and into commercial launch.

Success is measured by projects delivered on time, within budget, and at the quality standard required for Moove to scale its regional operations.

Within the first 6 months, the role is expected to own at least one active project end-to-end, establish clear project governance and reporting cadence for the leadership team, and build the operational frameworks that enable future market launches to be faster and more repeatable.

Directly reporting to our Managing Director, and closely working with our UAE Operations Team.
