Support and drive strategic initiatives focused on policy development and product design for mandatory schemes.
Align strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with government entities and senior leadership.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in program management, policy development, or product design.
- Experience working with government entities and regulatory environments.
- Pension, social insurance, or financial services sector experience is preferred.
Skills and knowledge
- Strong understanding of pension reform and financial sustainability.
- Advanced project and program management capabilities, including portfolio management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of policy development, strategic thinking, pension and financial product design, executive reporting, committee management, and regulatory awareness.
Strategic program development
- Develop pension policies, frameworks, and product designs supporting organizational and national objectives.
- Lead strategic assessments, program planning, and implementation.
- Ensure programs align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Governance and delivery
- Coordinate with government entities, regulators, and stakeholders; present recommendations and updates to executive committees and leadership.
- Facilitate decisions through governance structures and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, and approvals; coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor execution.
Research and reporting
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Support KPI development, performance evaluation, and program reviews; advise leadership on improvements.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations; track outcomes and identify process optimization opportunities.
