Overview
We are looking for a
delivery-focused Program Manager
to lead governance, execution, and reporting for a complex
Infrastructure & Networks stabilisation program
.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to leadership, including the CTO.
Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will own the
end-to-end delivery governance
, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.
You will manage execution, remove blockers, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
You will collaborate closely with Infrastructure leadership, engineering teams, vendors, MSPs, and Information Security to ensure successful delivery and operational stability.
1. Program Governance & Executive Reporting
- Own and maintain a
- consolidated action plan
- across all workstreams
- Deliver
- daily CTO reports
- with clear metrics, risks, and decisions
- Run governance cadence (standups, RAID reviews, steering committees)
- Maintain key artifacts: RAID logs, decision registers, KPIs, and evidence
2. Delivery Management (Hands-on)
- Act as PM for
- unassigned/orphan initiatives
- Drive execution across teams and vendors
- Ensure operational readiness (runbooks, monitoring, rollback, handover)
3. Program Oversight of PM-led Projects
- Standardize reporting across projects
- Align milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Proactively escalate risks and resource gaps
4. Risk, Dependency & Change Management
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Drive structured decision-making with option analysis
- Ensure compliance with security and governance frameworks
5. Vendor & MSP Governance
- Coordinate vendors (Infosys, Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, etc.)
- Track SLAs, deliverables, and audit actions
- Support procurement and SOW finalization
6. Metrics & Outcomes
- Track KPIs like WAN performance, Wi-Fi health, MTTR, etc.
- Ensure observability tools deliver measurable value
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years in
(Infrastructure/Networking)
- Strong experience in
- multi-workstream stabilisation programs
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise infrastructure:
- WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi
• Firewalls & Identity (RADIUS)
- SSE/SASE, Observability tools
- Expertise in tools like
Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage
- vendors/MSPs and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical foundation (ex-engineer or technical lead preferred)
- Nice to Have
- Experience in
- large-scale distributed environments (retail/warehouses)
- Exposure to
- network performance engineering (QoS, MTU, traffic flows)
- Experience setting up governance frameworks (capacity, change, transition)
