Role Purpose
- The Program Manager – Digital Wealth Implementation will drive the end-to-end delivery of new Wealth & Invest experience within the Bank's Mobile App. The role is accountable for orchestrating digital onboarding (including Bank Securities), integrating new solution providers, and consolidating Wealth & Securities products into a single digital platform—covering UAE/KSA/US equities, Mutual Funds, Sukuk (incl. fractional), and Digital Assets—while ensuring Sharia compliance, robust governance, and measurable value realization.
- The Program Manager partners closely with the Head of Transformation Portfolios, Wealth business, Digital, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to define scope, structure delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, onbudget, risk-controlled launch and scale-up.
- Technical and Business Knowledge Required for this role:
- Digital Wealth Domain (must-have): Retail brokerage, multi-market equities (UAE/KSA/US), Mutual Funds, Sukuk (incl. fractional), Digital Assets (with appropriate controls), corporate actions, settlement, fees/charges, tax treatments, and Sharia considerations.
- Wealth Tech & Integration: OMS/EMS workflows, broker/exchange connectivity, ADIB Securities integration, market data (pricing, reference data), e-statement generation, 360° portfolio, RM Portal (leads, proposals, assisted onboarding & orders).
- Ways of Working: Strong command of agile (Scrum/Kanban) and scaled governance, with the ability to blend waterfall/iterative/agile for regulated delivery.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Senior stakeholder engagement, vendor RFP/RFI, SOW/SLA management, budget control, and commercial negotiations.
- Tools: MS Office, PPM tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; familiarity with test mgmt and release orchestration tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, executive storytelling, risk-based decisioning, and structured problem solving.
