- Our client is looking for Program Manager, Softline’s.
- We expect the Program Manager, Softline’s, to have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with good customer and business understanding and demonstrate a high level of ownership, bias for action and customer obsession.
- Key job responsibilities:
- The Program Manager will work on key workstreams across catalog, deals & events, and Marketing related projects for Fashion category.
- They will be responsible for end-to-end management of key projects from defining goals, execution, and reporting to senior leaders on the performance against goals.
- Basic qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
