Gulf Medical University invites experienced academic consultants to develop programs for proposed colleges in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The engagement is consultancy/project-based.
Key responsibilities
- Develop program proposals, including curriculum structure, learning outcomes, course specifications, and study plans.
- Establish program frameworks aligned with UAE regulatory requirements and international academic benchmarks.
- Advise on faculty requirements, infrastructure, clinical training facilities, and other essential resources.
- Support feasibility studies, benchmarking, accreditation documentation, and program approval processes.
- Collaborate with university leadership to support academic quality and successful program development.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant postgraduate or doctoral qualification in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Extensive experience in academic program development, curriculum design, and higher education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience establishing new academic programs or colleges is an added advantage.
- Strong academic leadership, communication, and project management skills.
