Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead international pathway, articulation, transfer, and twinning programs.
• Develop international university and educational-institution partnerships.
• Negotiate and implement academic partnership agreements.
• Coordinate international admissions, credit transfers, academic progression, and student mobility.
• Coordinate with Deans, Admissions, Registrar, Marketing, and International Affairs teams.
• Monitor program performance and support improvements to student experience and internationalization.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, university, and academic quality compliance.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and strengthen global presence.

Education and experience

• Medically qualified professional with a doctorate or highest professional degree in any discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant higher education experience.
• Strong experience with international partnerships, pathways, articulation, and twinning programs.
• Experience developing and managing international university partnerships.
• Knowledge of credit transfer, student progression, and academic quality assurance.
• Prior higher-education leadership or management experience is preferred.
