About the role

Customer and stakeholder management

• Manage project expectations, risks, dependencies, and escalations with customers.
• Build relationships with compliance, business, IT, and project stakeholders.
• Lead customer workshops, project discussions, and solution reviews.

Analysis and implementation

• Translate customer business, compliance, and technical requirements into practical solutions; recommend approaches using Firco solutions.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Install, configure, integrate, and validate enterprise software solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and customer acceptance.
• Manage delivery and handover with PMO, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Contribute to scoping, Statements of Work, and pre-sales activities.

Experience and technical requirements

• At least 4 years in technical consulting, software implementation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations in customer environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, application servers, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
