Business Development Executive

Sales responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective B2B clients.
- Prospect through phone outreach, email campaigns, social selling, networking, and industry events.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads in the assigned territory.
- Conduct consultative sales engagements, demonstrations, presentations, and proposal responses.
- Communicate solution value and business benefits.
- Manage commercial negotiations and support contracting.
- Monitor market, regulatory, industry, and competitive developments.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast; use sales enablement and intelligence tools to improve productivity.
Required qualifications
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven sales experience in SaaS or data, selling to financial-services customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of international payments, KYC, compliance, or financial crime is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is advantageous.
