Job Description
Alrahi Group is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and lead our production operations. The role involves handling production planning, quality control, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Food industry experience is a must. (Candidates from India & UAE can apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and scheduling
- Ensure quality control and maintain production standards
- Optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency
- Implement SOPs and process improvements
- Monitor production KPIs and output performance
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Lead and manage production teams
Requirements
- Graduate in Engineering or Production Management
- 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Food industry experience is mandatory
- Experience in production planning and resource management
- Knowledge of quality control and process improvement
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with departments
