Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high-quality output in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise overall production activities
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules
- Ensure quality standards are met across all products
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the production team
- Ensure timely delivery of all production orders
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role (minimum same-level experience required)
