Fashion- LADIES WEAR PRODUCTION MANAGER

About This Role

We are seeking an energetic, sharp-eyed, and organized Production Manager to lead our women’s wear production team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a "can do" attitude, and extensive experience in garment manufacturing. This role requires managing every stage of the production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the women’s wear production team.
• Manage all aspects of garment production, from initial patterns to final quality checks.
• Collaborate with design, technical, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Ensure all garments meet high-quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Supervise pattern making, sample development, and fittings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and budgetary goals.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for production efficiency and quality control.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in garment manufacturing (women’s wear is a must).
• Solid knowledge of garment production and pattern making.
• Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for quality.
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Past experience in the fashion industry is a must (Garment manufacturing experience is a must).

Core Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with people management & operations tracking
• Working experience in MS Office (Excel, powerpoint)
