- Lead site coordination between design, procurement, factory, and subcontractors.
- **Manage client communication with regular progress updates.**
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- **Review and coordinate technical drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.**
- Oversee procurement, supplier follow-ups, and material submittals.
- **Conduct quality control checks during joinery and fit-out stages.**
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams effectively.
- **Prepare and monitor progress reports, lookahead schedules, and checklists.**
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
- Proven experience with luxury residential or commercial turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery details, and authority processes. Excellent English communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Driver’s license and flexibility to visit sites and suppliers.
- Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
