Overview
Purpose of the job
Lead and optimize all aspects of the production from mixing, processing, filling and palletizing in accordance with SADAFCO’s standards and international best practices to achieve production output in the most cost effective and efficient way.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement the approved production strategy so as to meet the goals of the factory and the overall business strategy.
- Plan all production activities so as to deliver the production plan of the factory as per time and budget targets.
- Identify bottlenecks within the production process and report the same. Thereafter ensure that all bottlenecks are resolved through laid down problem solving methodologies with the relevant production team members.
- Regular analysis of Production Performance Data whereby development, trends and improvement opportunities are identified and communicated internally using visual management standards to the production and the factory management team.
- Continuously improve standards set by facilitating and executing appropriate methodologies as per Continuous Improvement principles
- Regularly Audit and monitor the operating system (SOS) and take the lead for Continuous Improvement and Lean activities.
- Strictly follow company product quality rules and ensure all the staff adherence to the parameters
