Key Accountabilities

  • **1. P&L Management**
  • ·
  • Prepare & Align Annual Plan to ensure the adequate growth trajectory of the Channels.
  • · Prepare & align Business cases to ensure financial viability of the projects & proposals, including Cap-ex requirements, Operational resources, Revenue Opportunity & ROI.
  • **2. Internal & External Relations**
  • ·
  • Work closely with SADAFCO’s Govt.
  • Relations department to ensure necessary permissions are taken on time to execute plans
  • · Develop strong partnerships with customers who can manage permissions on their behalf
  • · Work closely with Field Sales Operations to ensure identified customers receive adequate service & deliveries

3. Visibility

  • · Coordinate & Execute the Requirements of Frozen In-Store & On-Ground Activation & Visibility Plans
  • Create relevant and innovative visibility materials for customers end-to-end (design to deployment).
  • Execute in-store promotional campaigns, including managing point-of-sale materials and displays.
  • Plan and execute experiential marketing or in-store activation programs to drive brand engagement.
  • Work with Marketing Teams and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand visibility and customer experience.

4. Category Execution

  • Develop and implement Channel Development strategies tailored to channel and customer requirements.
  • Prepare planograms for different sales channels and for various freezer/cabinet types.
  • Manage channel development budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market data, sales trends, and promotion results to measure effectiveness and optimize future plans.
  • Design and maintain a promotional calendar for all channels, aligning with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across channels.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to align channel development initiatives with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
  • Provide training and guidance to the field sales team on channel development activities and execution standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience of managing non-traditional channels with leading FMCG company
  • Experience in business development, managing relationships, and building new partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution, channel management, and in-store execution.
  • Experience in channel development campaigns, visibility materials, planograms, and budget management.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
