Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** with a background in **Flexographic and Offset Printing** to oversee daily production operations and manage the production team.
The ideal candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for Flexo and Offset printing operations.
- Manage and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and customer delivery deadlines are met.
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain high printing standards.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce production waste.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience as a Production Manager** or similar role in the printing industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of **Flexographic Printing Machines** and **Offset Printing Machines**.
- Experience managing and supervising production teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and quality management.
- Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
