Own the production process and coordinate with internal teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the full production process; contribute to production planning and budgeting.
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, organize workflow to specifications, and supervise delivery deadlines.
- Lead quality assessments and ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a safe production environment and oversee occupational health and safety precautions.
- Coordinate with production stakeholders and department managers on business strategy and goals.
- Control production, solve process problems, supervise production workers, and monitor performance.
- Determine labor, raw-material, and other resource needs; oversee maintenance and equipment purchasing.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of production management.
- MS Office proficiency; strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Teamwork, discipline, punctuality, hard work, and commitment.
