Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Production Coordinator** to join our Joinery / Fit-Out team.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating factory production activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely execution and delivery of joinery and fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities in the joinery factory
- Prepare and manage production schedules according to project deadlines
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, factory, and site teams
- Follow up on material availability and production requirements
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved
- Monitor manpower allocation and factory workflow
- Track project progress and prepare production status reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers when required
- Ensure all production activities comply with quality and safety standards
- Assist in resolving production and operational issues efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation related to production and project activities
- Support management in planning and executing production operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Joinery / Fit-Out industry
- Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and materials
- Experience in production planning and coordination
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
