About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day workflow between production, editorial, and creative teams across all stages of content production.
- The role requires strong coordination, scheduling, and communication skills to ensure productions, shoots, and edit timelines are executed efficiently while maintaining smooth collaboration between departments.
- The candidate will work closely with producers, writers, editors, segment producers, and production teams to:
- Coordinate daily shooting and edit schedules across teams and projects
- Attend daily editorial and production meetings to assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Organize running orders, production schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate with production crews, editors, and departments to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Monitor production progress and communicate updates to management
- Assist with production logistics, operational follow-ups, and administrative support
- Ensure scripts, reports, and production materials are delivered on time
- Work closely with all departments contributing to production operations
- Assist in resolving day-to-day production and workflow challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in production coordination, media, or content operations is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational needs
- Must know Arabic and English
