Production Coordinator – Joinery

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities for joinery and woodworking projects.
• Review production drawings, cutting lists, and project specifications before execution.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, hardware, and tools for production.
• Monitor factory workflow and optimize manpower utilization.
• Track production progress and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Ensure all joinery items meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Resolve production-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Support factory manager in improving productivity and reducing wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out production coordination.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
• Experience in production planning and coordination.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Interior Fit-Out, or related field.
• Experience working in UAE/GCC joinery factories preferred.
