Production Coordinator / Production Executive
About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to oversee daily production activities, ensure accurate data entry, and streamline coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing production schedules, tracking pending purchase orders (POs), and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
- Maintain accurate production records and system entries
- Track and follow up on pending purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Work closely with the sales team to align production with customer requirements
- Ensure timely execution of production plans and resolve any delays
- Prepare reports related to production status, orders, and deliveries
- Improve workflow efficiency and support continuous process improvement
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
