A leading retail fit-out company based in **Al Quoz, Dubai** is seeking an experienced **Production Coordinator** to join its team.
Requirements
- Minimum **3–4 years of UAE experience** in a similar role.
- At least **3 years of proven experience** within the **Interior Fit-Out, and Joinery** industry.
- Strong coordination and production management skills.
- **Note:** Only candidates with relevant experience in Fit-Out, and Joinery sector will be considered.
Job Description: -
· Coordinate and schedule production timelines to meet deadlines.
· Communicate with departments (design, marketing, sales) for smooth production processes.
· Track production orders and provide updates to stakeholders.
· Manage logistics for shipping and receiving materials and products
· Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
· Resolve production issues or delays by liaising with team members.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers
· Assist in budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and optimizing resources.
· Train and oversee production staff to ensure adherence to procedures and efficiency.
· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain standards.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
· Participate in production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
· Implement and maintain production tracking systems.
· Assist in developing and optimizing production workflows and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- UAE exp in Retail Interior Fitout and Joinery Industry: 3 years (Required)
