Objective To assist Production Manager/Production Assistant Manager by keeping track of employee attendance. Qualifications • Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) • Have a flexible schedule • Ability to learn, work and cope quickly with minimal supervision • Knowledge of general office duties • Good computer skills, Microsoft Excel Experience preferred • Ability to communicate and work well with other employees, supervisors / managers • Valid driver’s license along with good driving record • Strong leadership capabilities Elements of Position • Make and Receive phone calls • Creating purchase orders for department manager • Monitor Time Keeping System and address errors or problems accordingly • Staffing for production and working with labor contractors • Scheduling of production staff • Respond to inquiries regarding attendance rules and absences Physical requirements • Possibility of prolonged walking, sitting or standing, crouching, stooping and lifting • Senses: Speaking, hearing, sight (near, far, color) Environmental factors • Majority of work is performed in an indoor packing facility environment • Safety factors • Safety hazards encountered in this position include forklift traffic, wet floors.
