The Product Specialist is responsible for driving product awareness, demand generation, and sales growth within an assigned territory by promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
The role requires strong scientific knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets of the department.
- Successfully responsible for effectively implementing and monitoring sales and distribution objectives.
- Responsible for collecting and compiling market information on various competitive brands.
- Drive sales & market share growth in Hospital/Private Pharmacy Channel.
- Identify key customers and develop & implement a joint business plan with the customer to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Report Competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in U.A.E the with mandatory experience in Oncology and/or Rheumatology products.
- Language requirements are English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent Presentation, communication & Negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare system, including government and private healthcare institutions.
- Driving License is a must
