Job Overview

The Business Development Manager (Insurance) is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with insurance companies, healthcare providers, clinics, and corporate groups to strengthen prescription business growth and improve operational efficiency across pharmacy branches.

The role focuses on insurance relationship management, commercial negotiations, insurance process optimization, business expansion, and revenue generation

Qualification & Ex

  • perience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or rela
  • ted field.MBA or relevant healthcare/business certifications
  • preferred.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in insurance business development, healthcare operations, pharmacy management, or commercial healthcare par
  • tnerships.Strong understanding of UAE healthcare insurance systems and payer
  • networks.Experience managing insurance company relationships and commercial neg
  • otiations.Proven track record in revenue growth and partnership de
  • velopment.Strong business development and negotiati
