Job Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales team to achieve sustainable business growth, market share expansion, and customer excellence across the UAE.

The role involves developing strategic customer partnerships, driving joint business planning with key accounts, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies.

The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize patient access, optimize business performance, and deliver organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct

Customer Development & Joint Business Plan

  • ives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, rheumatologists, pharmacists, hospital management, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-ma
  • kers.Report Competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities to safeguard the customer base and increase market s
  • hare.Ensure all customer engagement activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical stand
  • ards.Develop annual account plans, customer segmentation, and engagement strategies for key acco

Qualification & E

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent field, prefera
  • bly an MBA.Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales exp
  • erience in oncology and r
  • heumatology across UAE
  • is a must.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving busin
  • ess growth.Strong leadership, coaching, and team developm
