The Role

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals and user feedback into clear, actionable user stories and sprint deliverables
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ship features that matter, on time and to spec
• Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to surface pain points and opportunities within our tender analytics and bid intelligence features
• Define and track KPIs for product performance and user engagement, using data to continuously iterate
• Manage cross-functional project timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones end-to-end
• Serve as the voice of the customer in every product decision, ensuring our platform remains intuitive, powerful, and ahead of market needs
• Work directly with leadership on strategic product direction, your opinions will be heard and acted on

Who You Are

• **5–9 years**
• of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical project management
• You've thrived in a
• startup or early-stage environment,
• you know what it means to wear multiple hats and still deliver
• Resilient. When plans change (and they will), you recalibrate and move forward, not backward
• Growth-hungry. You push yourself and your teams to be better with every sprint
• Comfortable with
• data-driven decision-making,
• you know how to read metrics and turn them into product strategy
• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease
• Familiarity with
• SaaS platforms, AI products, or government procurement/tender spaces
• is a strong plus
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or equivalent
