Role overview

The Product Operations Analyst drives front-office operations connecting Anduril's sales organization to its production floor, from purchase order acceptance and Growth Ops Events through fulfillment and reporting.

The role may grow into broader responsibilities across Business Development and Program Management.

Core responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase order acceptance with customers, contracts, and legal teams; convert POs to contracts in Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Facilitate prospective-client NDAs through JIRA and complete PO-related customer forms and certifications.
  • Execute Growth Ops Events end-to-end, track each event through production handoff, resolve blockers, and ensure contractual obligations flow across teams.
  • Support manufacturing order processing in Oracle, create sales orders, generate shippers, trigger invoicing, and coordinate shipping through the ERP system.
  • Build Salesforce and Oracle reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, event cycle time, and production throughput; analyze results and recommend process improvements.
  • Support proposals, quoting, compliance matrices, RFQ forms, COTS opportunity follow-up, trade show preparation, and product demonstrations.
  • Standardize workflows across business development, program management, and production; escalate schedule, resource, and capacity risks.
  • Coordinate post-sale support with the Service Department Manager through delivery and sustainment.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with business software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort learning new systems quickly.
  • Salesforce, Oracle, and JIRA experience are a plus but are not required.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Compensation and benefits

  • The estimated base salary range is USD 78,000–104,000 per year; actual offers may vary based on experience, education, training, skills, and business considerations.
  • The description states that equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and mentions benefits for full-time employees.
