Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives.

This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product introductions.
  • Design and implement onboarding experiences that facilitate user understanding and engagement with our products.
  • Utilise in-app messaging, tutorials, and other tools to guide users through product features and benefits.
  • Monitor user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving customer retention.
  • Develop campaigns aimed at upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, enhancing their overall value.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics software).
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with user onboarding tools and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
