Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of products and services aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive prioritization, requirements definition, and long-term product vision and strategy.
• Gather and evaluate stakeholder requirements and translate them into product plans.
• Align products with operational processes and identify process improvements.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmaps to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support go-to-market strategies and launches with Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bring deep digital product management understanding, including operational readiness, support, analytics, and product operations.
• Understand healthcare, insurance, and benefits administration industries.
• Use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and build business cases.
• Write clear, detailed product specifications for business and technical audiences.
• Apply a systems perspective to customer journeys and product ecosystems; make pragmatic trade-offs and triage bugs.
• Have 5+ years of product management experience; digital pharmacy or healthcare product experience is preferred.
• Understand Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
• Have experience with platform products and multiple integrations, and QA processes for cross-platform launches.
• Be technically fluent and comfortable working with engineering teams; developer experience is not required.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is required.
• Exposure to insurance products is preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary is listed as CAD $94,406 to $142,069; the posting does not specify a pay period.
• Eligible for a discretionary target bonus.
