Drive strategic development of GreenShield+ administration products to simplify workflows and create value for members, administrators, and the business.
Lead product and service development aligned with efficient care, scalable administration experiences, clear roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead administration-focused product and service development aligned with strategic priorities.
- Define, prioritize, and communicate requirements and contribute to product vision and roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate needs and insights into product plans.
- Explain product strategy and decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate across Product, Design, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support go-to-market planning, team readiness, messaging, and launches.
- Use industry trends, regulatory awareness, customer journeys, and emerging technologies to inform decisions.
- Support QA, launch readiness, and issue triage using customer impact and business risk.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital insurance and benefits, healthcare, or another complex regulated environment.
- Experience with Agile and the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and improvement.
- Experience building or managing platform products with multiple integrations.
- Technical fluency for discussions with engineering teams about architecture, trade-offs, constraints, and delivery options.
- English proficiency is required.
Compensation
- Base salary is CAD $94,406 to $142,069; the posting does not specify a pay period.
- Eligible for a discretionary target bonus.
