Product Manager – Mobile & Digital Apps

Role overview

Accountabilities

• Define and execute mobile app product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own product discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams on intuitive, scalable mobile experiences.
• Manage Agile delivery priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to guide decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Balance customer needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.

Product and technical qualifications

• Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with mobile development teams using native iOS or Android and/or Flutter or React Native.
• Ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
