Role overview

Analyze technical inventory and supply-chain data to support material availability, inventory optimization, and business performance.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports that support data-driven business recommendations.

Independently support projects and improvement initiatives from requirements through testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze inventory, stores, and supply-chain performance; develop KPIs and dashboards; and recommend improvements.
  • Perform inventory and operational analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, Excel analyses, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to provide business insights.
  • Support projects and process improvements through requirements, analysis, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Manage analytical tasks and projects, track progress, and drive actions to closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, processes, and workflows using digital tools.
  • Prepare management reports, project updates, business cases, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support inventory strategies, processes, controls, procedures, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage priorities while demonstrating ownership, proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and delivery under pressure.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, data analytics, business analysis, or project activities.
  • Aviation industry experience is preferred.

Knowledge and skills

  • Understand aviation inventory, stores, materials management, supply-chain processes, and operational KPIs.
  • Understand aviation ERP/MRO inventory and materials management systems; AMOS or a comparable platform is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Power Automate and/or Python knowledge for automation and data analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, own deliverables, manage priorities, and perform under pressure.
