The role develops the company's construction and interior fit-out product portfolio.
Relevant experience may include construction, interior fit-out, building materials, acoustic products, or architectural products.
Product research and evaluation
- Research products, materials, technologies, solutions, market trends, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.
- Source manufacturers, suppliers, and product brands locally and internationally; assess performance, quality, certifications, cost, availability, and demand.
- Communicate with suppliers about specifications, pricing, samples, lead times, and availability.
- Coordinate datasheets, test reports, certifications, samples, warranties, and other product documentation.
- Review project specifications and identify suitable, alternative, cost-effective, or technically improved products.
Coordination and reporting
- Coordinate product evaluation and implementation with technical, estimation, commercial, procurement, and business development teams.
- Maintain product, supplier, manufacturer, and technical-information databases; prepare presentations, catalogues, submittals, proposals, and comparisons.
- Coordinate testing, approvals, mock-ups, and consultant or client requirements where applicable.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, technologies, and market developments; report on product opportunities, supplier developments, and status.

- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, interior fit-out, building materials, acoustic products, architectural products, or a related industry is sought.
- Ability to identify and research products, materials, technologies, and solutions for construction and interior fit-out markets.
- Ability to source and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers, and product brands locally and internationally.
- Ability to assess products for technical performance, quality, certifications, cost, availability, and market demand.
- Ability to coordinate product documentation, samples, testing, approvals, and technical requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with technical, estimation, commercial, procurement, and business development teams.
