Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Specialized Seating

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies, achieve sales targets, and pursue seating projects across auditorium, cinema, theatre, education, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, operators, project owners, end users, and international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Identify upcoming projects and promote auditorium, theatre, cinema, VIP and recliner, lecture hall, conference, multipurpose, stadium, and customized seating.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline through research, networking, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand project specifications, seating layouts, quantities, technical requirements, and budgets; coordinate quotations, proposals, and technical submittals with internal teams.
• Manage leads, client engagement, negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover; follow opportunities through to repeat business.
• Prepare forecasts and reports, monitor market and competitor developments, represent the company at meetings and events, and meet revenue objectives.

Role requirements

• Strong industry knowledge and experience in auditorium, cinema, theatre, VIP cinema, lecture hall, conference, and other fixed or specialized seating solutions.
• The role calls for experience developing business in the UAE construction and interior fit-out market and managing the business development cycle.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month; package is described as based on experience.

Work location

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
