Business Development Manager – AV Solutions / Interior Fit-Out

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow AV business and achieve sales targets across construction, fit-out, hospitality, cinema, residential, commercial, and entertainment projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, AV and MEP consultants, architects, developers, project managers, system integrators, and end users.
• Identify projects and generate leads for AV systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Promote audio systems, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, displays, projectors, projection screens, home cinema, conferencing, meeting room, control, automation, and digital signage solutions.
• Build a pipeline through research, networking, client meetings, and follow-ups; understand specifications, technical drawings, BOQs, and AV system needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and technology partners on solutions, quotations, proposals, pricing, and project opportunities.
• Manage sales from lead generation through presentations, technical coordination, negotiation, and order confirmation; follow tenders and proposals.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and new AV technologies, prepare forecasts and reports, and meet assigned targets.

Role requirements

• Strong background in AV systems, project sales, and business development.
• Experience identifying and securing AV projects across commercial, hospitality, residential, entertainment, and corporate sectors.
• Ability to understand project requirements, specifications, technical drawings, and BOQs, and to coordinate proposals with internal teams.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month; package is described as based on experience.

Work location

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
