Design UX/UI for Base360, a platform intended to help people launch, operate, and scale short-term rental businesses using AI automation.
The platform brings property management, guest communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance, and finance together.
Work directly with founders, engineers, operational teams, and guests to shape product experiences.
What you’ll design and do
- Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance, and finance.
- Design AI agent setup, action visibility, decision review, and user intervention experiences.
- Create onboarding for connecting channels and adding properties, plus guest journeys for bookings, check-in, extensions, and upsells.
- Build reusable design-system components and interaction patterns; create website, feature, and launch assets.
- Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation reviews.
- Speak with operators and internal teams; translate complex requirements into clear journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
- Work with engineers on real data, edge cases, and technical constraints; test ideas, incorporate feedback, and improve launched experiences.
- Use AI tools to support design exploration and production, and identify and drive solutions to completion.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and excellent visual design.
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows.
- Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and responsive design; able to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.
- Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
- Clear communication, ability to explain decisions and respond constructively to feedback, high ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to make progress when requirements are evolving.
- Short-term rental, hospitality, AI product, conversion optimisation, or front-end development experience is a plus.
