Product Designer

Role overview

What you will design and do

• Design reservation, property, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and finance dashboards and workflows.
• Design AI agent configuration, action transparency, decision review, and human intervention experiences.
• Improve onboarding, channel connections, property setup, direct bookings, check-in, extensions, and upsells.
• Build reusable design-system components and create website, feature, and launch visuals.
• Own design from research and problem definition through prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation reviews.
• Work with operators, internal teams, and engineers; incorporate technical constraints, feedback, and post-launch learning.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration and production while identifying and driving solutions.

What we are looking for

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information while preserving what users need.
• Experience partnering with engineers and taking designs through production.
• Clear communication, constructive response to feedback, high ownership, and attention to detail.
• Short-term rental, hospitality, AI product, conversion optimisation, or front-end development experience is a plus.
