Manage and execute local and international purchasing operations.
Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and commercial terms and secure timely supply of materials and services under favorable terms.
Procurement responsibilities
- Manage procurement from requests for quotations through delivery and receipt of goods.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Request and compare quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage and review purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor suppliers' quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate purchasing, imports, and shipping with relevant parties.
- Identify new suppliers, alternative sources, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare procurement reports and track order status and purchasing costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Two to six years of practical procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders simultaneously.
- ERP experience, particularly Odoo, is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability and current residence in Riyadh are mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 4,000–6,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Riyadh.
