Manage and execute local and international procurement, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, and timely provision of required goods and services.
Procurement duties
- Manage local and international procurement from requests for quotation through supply and receipt.
- Find and assess suppliers, build sustainable relationships, and identify new suppliers and alternatives.
- Request and compare quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and supply terms.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, delivery dates, and order status.
- Coordinate purchasing needs and execution with internal departments.
- Manage and review purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documents.
- Monitor supplier performance for quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
- Coordinate purchasing, importing, and shipping with relevant parties.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and prepare procurement reports tracking orders and costs.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Two to six years of practical procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management experience.
- Full spoken and written English proficiency.
- Strong organization, follow-up, analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase requests at the same time.
- Immediate availability and residence in Riyadh are stated as essential conditions.
Preferred experience
- Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is stated as SAR 2,800–6,400 per month.

- Work location is in person.
