Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Officer** to manage sourcing and purchasing of bakery ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies for our growing F&B business in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure bakery ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Manage RFQs, price comparisons, negotiations, and purchase orders
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and HACCP standards
- Maintain procurement records and reports using ERP systems (NetSuite)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years procurement experience in F&B / bakery industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and food import regulations
- Experience with ERP procurement systems (NetSuite)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of bakery raw materials supply chains
- Experience with central kitchens or multi-branch bakery operations
