We are looking for an experienced **Digital Growth Marketing Manager** to join our growing team.
Requirements
1. 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a significant portion spent within a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts
2. Proven track record of independently running and scaling paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn simultaneously
3. Demonstrated experience in the FMCG sector, with specific exposure to F&B, consumer goods, or retail categories
4. Direct experience operating in the GCC and UAE market — understanding of local consumer behavior, platform nuances, cultural sensitivities, and regional media trends is essential
Technical Skills
1. Expert-level proficiency in: Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
2. Strong command of tracking and analytics tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and third-party attribution tools
3. Experience with Shopify or equivalent e-commerce platforms as conversion endpoints
4. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent dashboarding solutions
5. Working knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with paid media strategies
6. Active and practical knowledge of AI tools applied in a digital marketing context — including creative generation, campaign copy, performance optimization, and workflow automation
Preferred Qualifications
1. Acquired Official Ads Certification such as Meta Blueprint Certification, or TikTok Ads certification (any combination preferred)
2. Prior experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships within the UAE market
3. Familiarity with CRM platforms and email/SMS marketing automation tools
