Position Summary
The Procurement Office supports sourcing, tendering, and purchasing activities across assigned categories, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, timely execution and effective stakeholder support.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes in line with policy.
- Prepare bid evaluations, comparison sheets, and award recommendations.
- Support contract creation, renewals, and supplier onboarding.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify scope and requirements.
- Ensure procurement documentation and approvals are complete.
- Monitor supplier compliance and performance issues.
