We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Procurement Officer

to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our technology and engineering projects.

The successful candidate will ensure timely purchasing, cost optimization, and strong supplier relationships while maintaining compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements..

Your Role

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with company standards.
  • Obtain and analyse quotations to achieve the best value while meeting technical and project requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor order progress through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or commercial issues.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the construction, MEP, ELV, ICT, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience sourcing technical materials and equipment for engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
