As a Stores Controller. you'll will be responsible for the overall control, accuracy, and efficiency of all store and inventory operations.

The role ensures proper management of materials from receipt to issuance, maintaining full accountability and traceability across all stock movements.

Your Role

  • Oversee and manage all store and inventory operations across assigned projects
  • Ensure accurate stock control, records, and system updates (ERP/manual systems)
  • Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Maintain full accountability of stock movements and material traceability
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and project/site teams
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and timely reporting of shortages or discrepancies
  • Implement and maintain proper storage systems and warehouse discipline
  • Monitor and guide storekeepers in daily operations and compliance
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in stores / inventory management, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or controller-level role
  • Proven experience in construction, ELV, ICT, MEP, or large-scale project environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management practices
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple project demands under pressure
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
