- Execute purchase requisitions, RFQs, vendor comparison, negotiation, and final purchase orders through SAP S/4HANA.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of commodities to ensure cost‑effective purchasing.
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for construction materials, heavy machinery (e.g., JCB‑type equipment), industrial supplies, and food‑grade commodities such as crude palm oil.
- Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and pricing information within SAP HANA.
- Work closely with operations to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
- Resolve supplier issues, delays, or discrepancies in quantity, quality, or pricing.
