Qualifications and experience

• Proven mobile phone procurement experience; wholesale, bulk trading, distribution, or consumer electronics experience is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of phone brands, models, pricing, availability, and trends; established supplier relationships, particularly across Asia.
• Experience in bulk sourcing, commercial negotiation, international sourcing, supplier management, and cross-border purchasing.
• Commercial judgment, negotiation and relationship management skills, strong communication and analytical skills.
• Able to respond quickly to changes in supply and demand in a fast-paced trading environment.

Procurement and sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and source mobile phones in bulk from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and other suppliers.
• Develop supplier relationships across Asia and other key sourcing markets.
• Monitor trends, prices, availability, and launches to identify buying opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, margins, and delivery conditions; identify new sourcing opportunities.

Stock, suppliers, and process

• Ensure the quality, authenticity, and condition of new and refurbished devices.
• Manage stock availability in line with business demand and sales requirements.
• Assess supplier reliability, pricing, product quality, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate purchasing with sales and commercial teams; manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, delivery schedules, and procurement documentation.
• Improve procurement processes to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
