Job Opening: Procurement Manager – Interior Design & Fit‑Out (Female Preferred)
**Location:** **Dubai, UAE**

Working Hours- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm , Monday To Saturday
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Procurement Manager** with a strong background in **interior design, joinery, and fit‑out procurement**.
The ideal candidate will lead the full procurement cycle—supplier sourcing, negotiation, material finalization, cost control, and vendor management—ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery for all design and fit‑out projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement for **interior design, joinery, MEP, and fit‑out materials**.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard **suppliers, subcontractors, and specialty vendors**.
- Negotiate **pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules**, and long‑term contracts.
- Prepare and review **BOQs, material lists, cost sheets, and comparison statements**.
- Coordinate closely with **designers, project managers, site teams, and QS** to ensure material accuracy.
- Ensure all materials meet **quality, specification, and project standards**.
- Track and monitor **procurement schedules**, ensuring timely delivery to site.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and build a reliable supplier network.
- Oversee **purchase orders, LPOs, invoices, and documentation** as per company policy.
- Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with **UAE procurement regulations** and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum **5–8 years** experience in procurement within **interior design, joinery, or fit‑out** companies in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, FF&E, joinery items, lighting, sanitary, and fit‑out components**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor‑management skills.
- Ability to read **drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications**.
- Strong coordination skills with design and site teams.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP systems**, and procurement workflows.
- **Female candidates preferred** due to client-facing and coordination requirements.
- Must be **presentable, organized, proactive**, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
